Bono is already pretty stinking rich. However, thanks to having acquired 1.5% of Facebook�s shares, the U2 frontman will leapfrog Sir Paul McCartney to become the wealthiest rock star on the planet when Facebook goes public later this year.

Bono invested in Facebook in 2009 to the tune of US$90 million. And if you think that�s a lot of dough, wait for this -- based on current market evaluations, the rock star�s 1.5% stake in the company is set to be worth a staggering US$1 billion!

More reason then to hate the Irishman.

David Beckham Gets Red Carded At Kids Game

David Beckham was shown the red card in a football match last week and the best part is he wasn�t playing!

Becks revealed on UK talk show, The Jonathon Ross Show: �I was watching the kids play the other day, it was the younger kids of Romeo�s club, and there was a penalty given.

�And the kids are seven-years-old and he sent the kid off. And I was like, �Come on, he�s seven, referee, you can�t send him off�. And he looked at me and was like, �Yes, I can�.�

David revealed that the ref then walked up to him and flashed David the red.

�He came over and gave me a red card. He told me to get out of the park. For real.The gate was only 20 yards away and I waited and went back in when my son�s game was on.�

We bet the power-hungry ref has been telling all his friends about it. After all, it�s not every day that a little league ref gets to red card a football superstar!�

Speaking to the Daily Mirror, the Gym Class Heroes frontman remarked that there will always be a connection between him and Katy.

Said Travie: �When you�ve been in a relationship like ours, you will always make time for that person. Katy was there for me through my hard times when things were really bad.�

He continued: �Life goes on, I have regrets about the way things ended but there are no grudges anymore. I�ll always be there for her, she knows that.�

It was reported that Simon wants Beyonc� to be a full time judge on his reality show The X-Factor -- so much so that he's offering her a staggering $100 million annually.

According to MediaTakeOut.com, Mariah Carey was Simon's original choice but "she's not that hot today. He wants Beyonc� because that would immediately give him the bounce needed to beat 'American Idol.'"

If the report is true, it would be an ideal job for the Love On Top songstress don't you think? Being able to stay in the public eye without releasing a new album or touring.

Daniel Radcliffe's Drinking Made Him A Recluse At 20

Poor Daniel...

By now, we already knew about Daniel Radcliffe's past dependence on alcohol but now he confesses that alcohol is the reason why he lived in seclusion at the age of 20.

"The drinking was unhealthy and damaging to my body and my social life. I was living in constant fear of who I'd meet, what I might have said to them, what I might have done with them, so I'd stay in my apartment for days and drink alone," Daniel explained.

He continued by admitting "It was pathetic - it wasn't me. I'm a fun, polite person and it turned me into a rude bore. For a long time people were saying to me, 'We think you have a problem,' but in the end I had to come to the realisation myself."

With the help of his How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying co-star Gary Oldman who personally battled alcoholism in the 90s', Daniel realised there was more to life than alcohol. "Stopping has shown me a world of happiness that I didn't think was possible," said Daniel.

There�s always a lot of tension between two rivaling sides in any industry, especially when a competitor for American Idol comes around. But has AI judge Randy Jackson taken it too far when he dissed on the alternative reality singing competition, The Voice?

�The winner [Javier Colon] of The Voice, I will remind you, was an artist who had a deal at Capitol Records for several years, a failed contract,� said Randy during a recent press tour, commenting that the NBC series was a competition for �second chance people� rather than on true musical discoveries.

Sure enough, Adam Levine, one of the judges from The Voice, wasn�t too pleased when he heard about the attack coming from a fellow artiste. �I heard about this. Shame on Randy Jackson for saying that,� he quickly responded when Ellen DeGeneres brought up the topic during her talk show.

�Because he, out of anybody, should know that if you're in this business you need second, third, fourth and fifth chances. So we love and embrace that being part of the show,� Adam continued. �And he is a household name now. It was an irresponsible thing to say that.�

Conservative Group Wants Ellen DeGeneres Fired For Being Gay

Get this. A conservative group called One Million Moms (OMM) is seeking the people to call in and complain in hopes of persuading JC Penny to fire their newly appointed spokesperson, Ellen DeGeneres.

Why all the commotion? Well, because they�re unhappy about Ellen being gay, and open about it. �Funny that JC Penney thinks hiring an open homosexual spokesperson will help their business when most of their customers are traditional families,� OMM wrote on their website.

�DeGeneres is not a true representation of the type of families that shop at their store. The majority of JC Penney shoppers will be offended and choose to no longer shop there,� the moms continued.

But the campaign is not likely to succeed, according to the Gay And Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation oganisation. �A vast majority of Americans today support Ellen as well as their LGBT friends and family members,� said spokesman Herndon Graddick a in a written statement.

�Selecting an out performer who has inspired and entertained millions, is not only a smart business practice, but a reflection of how LGBT Americans today are an integral and valued part of the fabric of our culture,� he continued.
