Poor Lindsay Lohan. She was so looking forward to her 21^st birthday bash that was supposed to have happened at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas. As it turned out however, LiLo cancelled her big bash just a couple of weeks before the do as she was still in rehab. Instead, she opted to celebrate her birthday on a more quiet scale with family and friends on 2 July at a house in Malibu. Mum Dina, sister Ali, brother Dakota and her on-again/off-again beau Calum Best joined LiLo, who took a brief leave from rehab, for a day of fun in the sun.

While many of the partygoers soaked up the sun, a bikini-clad LiLo stayed indoors most of the time, occasionally making an appearance at the backdoor of the house to the delight of the paparazzi who had camped out on a neighbourhood beach. Many of LiLo’s guests brought gifts for the troubled star. But “it is better to give than to receive” must have been the order of the day ’cos LiLo surprised the paparazzi when she sent her bodyguards to deliver five pizzas to them, saying they were “with love” from the birthday girl. 

As they enjoyed their pizzas, the paparazzi yelled “Thank you Lindsay.”

Aah, why can’t they get along like this everyday.

Joss Stone has been named worst dresser of 2007 by In Touch Weekly magazine. Not that we are surprised. In the current issue of Galaxie, we feature several of Joss's fashion faux pas in the recent months. The British singer has the tendency to choose gaudy dresses that either scream "tacky", "ugly" or "what the hell was she thinking?". Some times, at the sight of Joss, we scream all three!

Rumour mills are running full steam ahead about a possible hook up between Britney Spears and K-Fed. Gossip tab, the National Enquirer reports that Britney is having second thoughts about the divorce saying that she wants her family back together again. The petition to divorce was a mistake Britney apparently told close friends.

Kevin, on the other hand, thinks this is just a ploy by Britney to delay court proceedings about the custody rights for their two kids and he’s not buying into it. In fact according to several tabs, Kevin wants the custody hearing sped up so that he can bring up the fact that Britney has not been a good mum.

July 7 is the day for Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria who will be tying the knot with French NBA star Tony Parker at the Chateau Vaux-le-Vicomte near Paris. Eva told Ryan Seacreast of E! that she didn’t want her wedding shrouded in secrecy. “It’s going to be huge and beautiful and Tony and I can’t wait,’’ she said.

But that doesn’t mean that Eva and Tony are going to allow wedding photos to be sold to tabloids by guests. In fact, security is going to be so tight that all cell phones and other electronic devices will be confiscated and ladies will get their bags searched!

Good luck, Eva and Tony, you should know by now that no amount of security is gonna stop the paps from getting their money shot!

K-Fed to Britney, "Till death do us part."

Whaaaat.... K-Fed is not divorcing Britney? Well, not just yet. According to a source close to the rapper wannabe, Britney's recent heavy partying made him have second thought about "cutting the cord". "K-Fed has yet to sign the divorce papers. He wants to make sure he can limit Brit's access to their kids if her behaviour gets out of hand again," claims the source. Under their current agreement, the almost-exes share joint-custody of their two sons.

Anyone who doesn't think I'm worthy of this has another thing coming!

Spunky Emma Watson, who plays Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter movies, has emerged as Britain's greatest female icon according to the Top Of The Pops magazine poll. Congrats, Emma!

Now that her counterparts Britney, Jessica and Mandy have all acted in movies, Christina Aguilera wants to follow suit. In a press conference in Shanghai yesterday, Xtina said that she is busy reading scripts before deciding on what project to take on.

"I am looking forward to moving into another creative outlet and that outlet is acting. It is something that, when I attempt to do it, I want to do it right so it's important for me that i choose the right first role for myself," the 26-year-old diva said.

Former Sugababes member, Mutya Buena has expressed her worries over her friend Amy Winehouse’s weight. Mutya thinks Amy is becoming way too thin!

There’s nothing like celebrity to endorse a cause or a campaign.

Grammy-winning country crooner Carrie Underwood and leader of NBC’s Tonight Show band, Kevin Eubanks, have been named the world’s sexiest vegetarians in PETA’s (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) annual contest, announced yesterday.

Runners-up in the contest, which the animal rights group said drew more than 110,000 votes on its Web site, included Joaquin Phoenix, Milo Ventimiglia, Kristen Bell, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jared Leto and Lisa Edelstein.

Last year, Prince and Bell, who starred on the Veronica Mars TV series, were picked as the two sexiest vegetarians. Previous winners also include Natalie Portman, Andre 3000, Chris Martin, Shania Twain, Tobey Maguire, Lauren Bush, Josh Hartnett and Alicia Silverstone.
